Carpenter needed

YC Construction Limited specialized in carpentry and other construction work. We now need a Carpenter for our company. This is full-time position. The guaranteed hours is 30 hours per week. The hourly rate is $30 to $32.


This position requires you to do the following tasks:


Review drawings and specifications to determine required materials, dimensions, and installation methods.
Order and select timber and building materials, ensuring accuracy in quantity and quality.
Prepare layouts, cut materials to size, and assemble components using nails, screws, and adhesives.
Construct and install framework, roof structures, sub-flooring, and floorboards, ensuring structural accuracy.
Install fascia panels, roof sheathing, exterior cladding, and door and window frames.
Assemble and fit pre-cut wood to form structures and fittings for installation.
Cut and shape wood joints for strong and secure connections.
Repair and modify existing fixtures and fittings.
Adhere to health and safety standard
Other reasonable tasks required by management

Requirement of the position include

Having at least two-year work experience in construction work
Have good communication and coordination skills
Having an attention to details
Be able to work independently
