TLC Homes is a growing residential construction company specializing in high-end custom homes, framing, concrete, renovations, and residential construction throughout Kelowna and the Central Okanagan. We take pride in quality workmanship, professionalism, and building homes that stand the test of time.

We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team in the following positions:

Journeyman Carpenters
Apprentice Carpenters (all levels)
Carpenter's Assistants / Labourers
Whether you're an experienced carpenter or someone looking to build a career in the trades, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Residential framing and structural carpentry
Concrete formwork and foundations
Decks, exterior finishing, and renovations
Read and interpret construction drawings
Install beams, joists, walls, and roof systems
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Work closely with experienced carpenters and project managers
Qualifications

Residential construction experience is an asset
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Reliable transportation to job sites in Kelowna and surrounding areas
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Valid driver's licence is an asset
Ability to lift 50 lb and perform physical work safely
