Responsibilities

Commercial/Industrial construction tasks
Consistent and unwavering use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety glasses and steel-toe boots
Experience

Installing, setting and removing forms, scaffolding, ramps and barricades
Installing wood and steel stud framing
Installing drywall sheeting
Installing hollow metal doors and frames
Installing commercial door hardware
Installing steel siding
Experience in placement and finishing concrete is an asset
Skills

Must be able to execute small projects from start to finish
Must be able to work both independently with little supervision and collaboratively as part of a team, and provide support to site supervisor
Effective communication skills, verbal and written along with valued ethics and integrity
Operate various hand tools, power tools and equipment used to complete carpentry duties, including: circular and table saws, router, pneumatic nail gun, ramset, drills, and other tools used for measuring cut
