Job Description

Join our team specializing in custom architectural millwork, cabinetry, and decorative finishes. We work on high-end and large-scale projects, offering a dynamic and creative environment. You will be part of the custom area, assembling die walls, countertops, and reception desks, while making trim with various wood types.

Responsibilities
• Assemble die walls, countertops, and reception desks.
• Craft trim with various wood types.
• Utilize table saws, shop saws, joiners, drum sanders, and beam saws.
• Interpret shop drawings and blueprints.
• Execute custom millwork construction and joinery techniques.
• Work with materials such as plastic laminate, wood lumber veneers, and solid surface materials.
• Fabricate custom builds including countertops, reception desks, and feature walls.
• Perform solid surface work, including sanding, polishing, and using pneumatic seamers.
Essential Skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Background in carpentry, woodworking, and home-building.
• Familiarity with custom millwork construction methodology.
• Knowledge of solid surface materials and fabrication techniques.
Additional Skills Qualifications
• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing plant as a custom wood/millwork fabricator.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and shop drawings.

Work Environment

Work in a dusty warehouse environment, Monday to Thursday from 6AM to 4:30PM. The setting is production-focused, requiring the use of various woodworking tools and machinery. Dress comfortably for a manufacturing environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
