Key Responsibilities
Assist lead carpenters and mechanics with high-end residential construction tasks.
Cut wood, trim, and other building materials accurately and efficiently.
Set up, organize, and clean job sites and tools.
Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment as directed.
Follow directions and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Maintain a safe, respectful, and clean job environment at all times.
Demonstrate a positive, team-oriented attitude on-site.
Qualifications
5-10+ years of experience in carpentry or general construction.
Ability to safely and accurately cut wood and other materials.
Familiarity with assisting in framing, drywall, flooring, and finish carpentry.
Punctual, reliable, and professional in appearance and demeanor.
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to commute reliably to job sites in NYC.
