Objective

To provide an opportunity for an entry level carpenter to explore the prospect of a career in Residential Construction to include, but not limited to:
• Seeing first-hand the skills needed to excel in a construction career.
• Working within a team environment.
• Being able to experience the progress made in a workday.
• Participating in physical work and understanding the satisfaction that comes at the end of a project!
• Working outside and enjoying the elements whether they are good, bad, or indifferent.
• Learning your full potential. It may be more than you realize!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities; this job is not for everyone.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
• Be physically fit, and able to lift 50lbs.
• Dependable, working within a team requires accountability.
• Able to follow directions. A person is never able to give direction, if they can’t follow direction.
• Have a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Be able to pass a drug test.
• Possess a great attitude.

How does it work?
• You will need to fill out a job application.
• An interview will follow.
• If selected, you will be provided with an employee manual to read and sign.
• An initial set of hand tools will be provided on the first day of work.
