SHIFT :- DAY Shift

Languages : Kannada /English / Hindi / Telugu / any 3 languages is must

Job Description:
Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills
Prior experience in Customer Service industry will be an added advantage.
Responsible for dealing with International Clients
Candidate should have 6 m to 1 year of experience in Customer Support Voice Process.
Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills
Prior experience in Customer Service industry will be an added advantage.
Should be open to work in Night shifts.
Responsible for dealing with Clients Queries
Minimum of two years of customer interaction or customer support experience strongly preferred, either by phone or face to face
Previous experience mentoring peers or leading a project strongly preferred
Must be willing to work in an environment that requires some amount of phone-based customer interaction
Proficiency with expert computer functions including MS Office suite strongly preferred

Excellent communication with international voice experience
