Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee engagement.

• Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Lead training, performance management, and talent development initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, statutory compliances, and modern HR tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• A proactive, empathetic, and organized professional passionate about people and culture.
