Career Counsellor

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Career Counsellor to join our team at CBSE School. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping students navigate their career paths and make informed decisions about their future.

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one career counselling sessions for students to assess their interests, skills, and goals

Develop and implement career development programs and workshops for students

Assist students in exploring career options and researching potential career paths

Help students create resumes, cover letters, and prepare for job interviews

Collaborate with teachers and parents to support students in their career exploration

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and job market demands

Track and report on student progress and outcomes

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related field

Previous experience in career counselling or related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds

Knowledge of career assessment tools and resources

Passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals
