Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Care Consultant. The Care Consultant will work closely with care providers to evaluate and improve compliance, governance, and operational processes. Responsibilities include conducting care audits, developing tailored strategies for care improvement, providing training for staff, and ensuring regulatory standards are met. The role also involves liaising with stakeholders, creating actionable recommendations, and offering support to address challenges in elder care and home care services.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in Medicine and Critical Care Medicine
Experience and knowledge in Home Care and Elder Care practices
Ability to deliver effective training for care teams and staff
Strong understanding of compliance standards, care governance, and safeguarding
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders
Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Flexibility to adapt practices to specific regulatory and operational requirements
Background in healthcare or caregiving is highly desirable
A degree or certification in healthcare, social work, or a related field is preferred
