Job Summary:
To maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards in the Food and Beverage department, ensuring excellent customer experience and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning and Sanitation:
1. Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, equipment, and kitchen areas.
2. Maintain dishroom organization and efficiency.
3. Ensure proper waste disposal and recycling.
Kitchen Support:
1. Assist chefs and cooks with food preparation and plating.
2. Restock supplies and ingredients.
3. Maintain kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues.
Service Support:
1. Set up and break down banquet events.
2. Assist servers with table settings and clearing.
3. Ensure prompt delivery of food and beverages.
Safety and Security:
1. Adhere to health and safety protocols.
2. Report hazards or incidents.
3. Maintain secure storage of chemicals and equipment.
Administrative:
1. Maintain accurate records of supplies and inventory.
2. Participate in training sessions.
3. Attend departmental meetings.
Performance Standards:
1. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
