Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Captain Waiter located in Mumbai. The Captain Waiter will oversee the dining room, ensuring a seamless experience for guests. Additionally, the Captain Waiter is responsible for maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and organization in the dining area.
Qualifications
• Customer service and communication skills
• Food & Beverage and Food Service skills
• Experience in cooking is beneficial
• Ability to lead and work as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
