Roles and Responsibilities
Key Skills
• The candidate with good knowledge of FEMA regulations and RBI guidelines relating to the capital account transaction viz ODI/ECB/FDI.
• 3 to 10 years of Capital account desk (FDI/ODI/ ECB/LO-BO-PO/FIRMS/ ESOP) experience commensurate with Grade applying for.
• Should be Able to understand the Balance Sheet of corporates.
• Team player and able to coordinate with Service / Coverage team and provide guidance
• Customer Centric with ability to provide solution with RBI guidelines.
• Good communication skills to be demonstrated in client and RM engagement
• Taking complete ownership of transaction.
• Ability to be firm and able to explain the RBI guidelines to client / sales team/ branches.
• Should be able to draft applications (with good English) for RBI approval / waivers.
• Excellent communication skills with Internal and External stakeholders
Role description
• Able to provide solution / advisory to clients / Business Team and service team.
• Processing of Inward / Outward Remittances related to Capital Account Transactions.
• Handling RBI reporting for all capital account products viz FCGPR/FCTRS/APR etc.
• Maintenance of proper data for capital account transactions for all pendency.
• Central follow up with client / branches / business for Capital account related pendency
• Follow Bank’s checklist and ensure abiding by all guidelines in spirit for processing Capital Account transactions.
• Keep updated process notes guidelines in line with any change of RBI Circular / FEMA rules and regulations.
• Handling Concurrent / Internal Audit and other Governance queries
• Close Interaction with RBI for various approvals related to Capital Account Transactions
