Responsibilities
Conduct door-to-door canvassing to promote products, services, or initiatives within designated neighborhoods or areas
Engage with potential customers or supporters in a professional and friendly manner
Explain features and benefits of offerings clearly and persuasively
Collect feedback and answer questions from community members
Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes of each engagement
Follow scripts and guidelines provided to ensure consistent messaging
Collaborate with team members to achieve outreach goals
Assist in organizing community events or fundraising activities as needed
Uphold company or organization standards for professionalism and conduct during all interactions
Experience
Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or marketing is preferred
Supervising experience is a plus for candidates interested in leadership roles
Bilingual skills are highly desirable to communicate effectively with diverse populations
Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and persuade effectively
Experience with door-to-door canvassing or fundraising campaigns is advantageous
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in outdoor settings
Demonstrated ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude
