1-3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
Experience with reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookup functions
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Support accounts receivable and cash management activities
Prepare weekly/monthly reports and assist with month-end close
Complete journal entries, account reconciliations, and commission processing
Manage P-card activity, petty cash, and fixed asset tracking
Research and resolve accounting discrepancies
Assist with audits, compliance activities, and special projects
Partner with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate reporting
