Description
WORKFORCE COORDINATOR, Moncton, NB
The Role:
The Workforce Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact in our Regional Office, oversees staffing plans and provides identification services. The position is based in Moncton NB, and reports to the South-Eastern NB Regional Manager (RM).
This is an in-office position, Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm with rotational on-call shifts to ensure staffing requirements are met.
Bilingual (French/English) is a highly sought asset.
Responsibilities
Manage and schedule regional Commissionaire casual employees to ensure staffing needs are met
Assist in the onboarding process and provide ongoing support for Commissionaire employees
Coordinate time and attendance reports submissions
Provide identification services - including digital fingerprints and criminal record checks
Participate in after hours on call support on a rotational basis
Qualifications
Excellent technology, planning, administrative and organizational skills
Previous supervisory experience with strong interpersonal/communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and critically problem solve to meet operational objectives
Must meet criminal record requirements and be able to obtain a Government of Canada Level II Secret level security clearance
Ability to communicate effectively in English and French is a highly sought qualification
