We’re now expanding our footprint in Jaipur with high-impact, purpose-driven campaigns, and we’re looking for someone who can lead the charge on-ground and online.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Campaign Manager with hands-on experience in driving integrated campaigns — from grassroots-level engagement to digital-first content strategies. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of the socio-political environment, particularly in Rajasthan, and has experience executing campaigns across diverse platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale public-facing campaigns, including initiatives related to welfare schemes, awareness drives, and on-ground activations.
• Develop and manage content calendars, digital rollout plans, and platform-specific strategies (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, etc.).
• Collaborate with creative, video, and strategy teams to build impactful communication narratives.
• Coordinate with local teams, vendors, and on-ground resources to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
• Monitor political and social developments to inform campaign positioning and content relevance.
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics, on-ground feedback, and digital engagement.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• 2–4 years of experience in campaign management, preferably across public initiatives, digital marketing, or political communication.
• Strong understanding of Rajasthan’s political and cultural landscape.
• Proven ability to lead campaigns that blend on-ground execution with digital content.
• Excellent grasp of social media platforms and content trends.
• Fluent in Hindi and English, with strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• A strong Hinglish writer with a good understanding of content in both English and Hindi.
• Based in Jaipur or willing to relocate.
