About the role

Sitting in the Commercial Operations team, the Campaign Executive plays a key role in supporting and delivering key initiatives across consumer community engagement, review management, trial logistics, and membership onboarding for our digital sites beautyheaven, BEAUTY/crew, BEAUTYDIRECTORY and Bounty Parents.

This role plays a vital part in driving community interaction and ensuring smooth delivery of consumer-facing trial campaigns, including written and user-generated content (UGC) trials.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a natural sense of initiative and curiosity. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication capabilities and strong time management skills.

Reporting into Head of Listings and Implementation, this role works with various internal stakeholders across Sales, Ad Operations, Brands team and Marketing, as well as external stakeholders who are our community members.

Duties

The ideal candidate will play an essential role in managing our community engagement and implementing our trial campaigns, our bread and butter and point of differentiation at ARE Media. Areas of duties include:

Contribute to fostering a vibrant and interactive community experience by moderating consumer forums and inboxes to maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging environment.
Manage review moderation through Bazaarvoice to ensure quality, authenticity, and compliance with TGA processes.
Support the onboarding of new members to ensure they understand and are engaged with the membership inclusion program and reward benefits.
Draft and distribute membership competition communications across relevant platforms.
Support the onboarding of new membership client listings through the trial program.
Assist with end-to-end trial logistics, from participant recruitment to review collection.
Work closely with the Head of Listings and Implementation to support and execute User Generated Content (UGC) recruitment strategies.
Support with Sampling logistics for the Bounty Bags.
Collect and organise data from post-trial surveys, reviews, and usage feedback.
Generate summary reports highlighting key trial statistics of review volume and sentiment, before after photos and UGC insights.
Skills and experience

The ideal candidate will require the below skills and experience to succeed in the role:

1–2 years of experience in digital advertising or media, retail, community management, or consumer engagement roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel and creative platform Canva.
Excellent attention to detail, cross-checking and reporting accuracy mandatory. Ability to identify issues and fix in a timely manner.
Proactive, collaborative, and community-minded with a customer-first approach.
Ability to plan, organise and co-ordinate activities so that deadlines are met and communicate clearly and accurately, both verbally and in writing.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to collaborate with and between multiple teams internally.
Results oriented approach with a proven track record delivering against business objectives.
Passion for beauty, lifestyle, or digital media industries.
