What you'll do

As a Campaign Executive, you will support the delivery of data driven digital campaigns that create meaningful value for customers and deliver strong outcomes for our clients. Working closely with Cartology, Digital teams, Rewards and Data teams, you will help bring digital and loyalty strategies to life through high quality, on time campaign execution.

In this position, you will use customer insights and performance data to support campaign optimisation, reporting and continuous improvement, ensuring our digital activity is relevant, personalised and customer first. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys collaboration, problem solving and turning insight into action in a fast paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

Create data driven, direct marketing activities to grow category and add customer value.

Support in the development of delivery plans and timelines to ensure on-time delivery and implementation of tactical action plans.

Work to create efficient execution processes with the wider Cartology and digital teams.

Utilise insights and leverage loyalty team capability to drive world class data driven marketing.

Contribute to a culture of disciplined innovation and continuous improvement.

Strategic alignment and stakeholder management across Cartology and digital teams cross the ecosystem.


What you'll bring

Experience in Direct/Digital Marketing, Digital Media, CRM, or Data-Driven Marketing roles.

Proven experience in the implementation, management, and optimisation of digital media executions.

Demonstrable track record in supporting highly successful multi-channel direct marketing campaigns.

Comprehensive understanding of customer databases.

Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities, perform under pressure, and adhere to strict deadlines.

Experience operating effectively within environments involving multiple stakeholders.
