Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Iterable and Eloqua, HTML/CSS for email development, and JavaScript for campaign automation workflows
Quality Assurance: Experience in quality control, campaign testing, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality campaign execution
Campaign Expertise: Hands-on experience in building and optimizing multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.) in Iterable and Eloqua, with an understanding of best practices in marketing automation
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members
Responsibilities
This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring campaign quality and successful execution through comprehensive testing and troubleshooting
Campaign Development: Design, build, and configure marketing automation workflows, segments, and campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.) in Iterable
Campaign Configuration: Set up campaign triggers, journeys, audience segmentation, content personalization, and dynamic messaging in Iterable
Quality Control & Testing: Perform thorough testing of campaigns before launch to ensure all workflows, triggers, and content render correctly across all channels
Identify and resolve issues related to deliverability, rendering, or functionality
Troubleshooting & Optimization: Monitor live campaigns for performance issues, conduct A/B testing, and provide optimization recommendations based on results
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams, IT, and stakeholders to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals and marketing strategies
Documentation: Maintain clear and accurate documentation of campaign setups, workflows, and testing protocols
Ensure knowledge sharing across teams for future campaign development
Performance Monitoring: Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve ongoing and future campaigns
