Call Planning Experience : - 7 Years Location : Noida/Bangalore
JOB PROFILE:
Professional with 3 to 7 years of experience in managing/working on any of the below program/projects preferably for life sciences companies (Pharma, Medical devices, diagnostics): Call Planning & Targeting Territory Alignment People Placement Incentive Compensation/Sales Performance Management Sales Force Effectiveness Pharmaceutical Sales Operations Sales Reporting Role & Responsibilities : Work on solution to set up/operationalize targeting and call planning process Work with Onshore team/Client on business requirements and setting up the solution, validation process and reports Work on target/physician universe creation, creating segments, call allocation and optimization.
Work on data processing like validation and business rules driven/promotion response-based call assignment Setup solution for managing call planning operations
Required Experience: 3-7 years of experience in a known data analytics company or a KPO B-Tech/BE/MBA/MSc OR/MSc Stats/MSc Maths Experience in Pharma commercial/sales operations will be preferred Expertise in any of the languages: SQL, SAS, R Expertise in Excel and VBA Quality conscious and focus on process rigor Excellent in communication and storyboarding of results.
Self-starter, ability to work with minimal supervision, pick up new solutions quickly & ability to work under pressure. Energetic and ability to contribute to organization beyond assigned work
