We require an outbound call centre advisor to join our expanding team in Hillington Industrial Estate with no experience required as full training provided.
The job will be split shifts giving the flexibility and balance to work round your home life. You will have 2 shifts available 10am-2pm and 3pm-7pm.
The Role
Contacting potential customers through our CRM system to confirm their details and booking them a home visit appointment with one of our heating advisors. All customers have replied to a social media advert and completed an online form for us to contact them so there is NO COLD CALLING involved.
You will have experience of outbound calling or confirming in a call center enviroment, be able to demonstarte great negotiating skills and have a persuasive manner in order to help you convert your calls to appointments and maximise your earning potential.
In return you will be rewarded with an hourly rate exceeding NMW plus fantastic commission and bonuses for acheiving your targets.
