Job description
Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Call Center Trainer to deliver structured training for new hires and ongoing upskilling for existing agents. The trainer will build strong foundations in product knowledge, process, communication, and customer handling to drive high performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver training programmes for product, process, and soft skills
• Conduct workshops on voice and accent, communication, and stress management
• Design, create, and regularly update training material, presentations, and assessments
• Track trainee progress and share clear feedback for improvement
• Support quality and performance outcomes through coaching and mentoring
• Align training with key service metrics and business goals
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Trainer in a BPO environment
• Experience across US and UK banking, US and UK telecom, and UK entertainment business
• Strong understanding of call center operations and client service metrics
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems is a plus
