RESPONSIBILITIES
• Creates training materials and call center agent spiels
• Builds processes and SOP
• Provides a consistent quality client service experience
• Monitors the status of all inbound ClinicMind calls, including Voicemails
• Meeting coordination with the executives and department heads
• Improves customer satisfaction through excellent client service
• Undertands client concern and opening a task to resolve the problem.
QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years of experience as a call center team leader
• Graduate of Computer Science or any business related
• Knowledge in medical billing and US healthcare is an advantage
SKILLS
• Solid problem-solving and learning skills
• Commitment to and expectation for teamwork
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable at conflict resolution
• Comfortable at managing multiple schedules
NOTE
• Must have stable internet connection minimum of 5 MBPS
• Must be comfortable working the US business hours
• Must own a laptop with at least 8 GB memory
