Company Description

Job Title: Tele Sales Representative



We are hiring experienced callers / Tele Sales Executives to handle International (Australia) outbound calling. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in tele sales, excellent communication skills, and a target-driven mindset.


Key Responsibilities:

Make 80-100 outbound calls per day for Australia markets
Achieve and maintain a minimum daily talk time of 500 minutes
Explain and pitch company services effectively
Generate leads
Handle customer queries and objections professionally
Maintain accurate call records, follow-ups, and updates


Requirements:

Minimum 1 years of experience in Tele calling / Tele Sales
Experience in International calling
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong convincing, negotiation, and closing skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage
