We're building a results-driven team of
Virtual Assistant Callers
who can confidently communicate with international clients, manage leads, and uphold Kaisutra's premium standard of professionalism.

Role Overview:

As a
Virtual Assistant Caller
, you'll serve as the
voice of WebStringaMedia
to our overseas clients. You'll handle outbound and inbound calls, manage client relationships, and assist in building strong communication pipelines across multiple regions.

Your primary goal:
build trust, set appointments, and convert interest into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to international clients (UAE, UK, US, Europe).
• Handle inbound client inquiries professionally and ensure prompt responses.
• Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and manage communication pipelines.
• Qualify potential clients through effective questioning and active listening.
• Maintain and update CRM records with precision.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth handovers and project coordination.
• Consistently hit weekly and monthly communication targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Exceptional spoken English
(neutral/international accent required).
• Arabic proficiency
(optional but highly preferred for UAE market).
• Strong communication, listening, and persuasion skills.
• Prior experience in
international client communication, BPO, or VA roles
.
• Comfort working across
different time zones
(especially Gulf & Western markets).
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Workspace, and communication platforms (Zoom, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
• Self-motivated, confident, and results-driven personality.
