Job Role: Telemarketer (Real Estate)
As a Telemarketer at AIPM Solutions, you'll be the first point of contact for our potential clients. Your job is to call leads, understand their property needs, and explain our services with confidence and clarity.
Key Responsibilities
• Call and follow up with prospective leads provided by the company.
• Explain AIPM Solutions range of real estate services clearly and professionally.
• Understand client requirements and connect them to the right department/team.
• Maintain a record of calls, responses, and lead progress in CRM tools.
• Build positive relationships with potential customers through excellent communication.
• Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Requirements
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (other regional languages a plus).
• Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and comfort with using CRM or call management tools.
• Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated personality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
