We are searching for an experienced and enthusiastic Supervisor to join our Flagship cafe at Flour Water Salt Headquarters in South Nowra . The successful candidate will lead the team, oversee the day-to-day operations, and continue the well-established success of the business. You will be highly proficient, with supervisory and/or management experience within the hospitality industry. You must have a passion for providing excellent service and an authentic joy to interact with your customers and staff.

Flour Water Salt is open Monday - Saturday. The current Supervisor Roster is Tuesday -Saturday.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day Café operations (including ordering, managing stock, staffing)
Maintain exceptional standards and provide first class customer service
Supervise and train staff members
Presentation, visual merchandising, and stock management
Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
Ensure that the café complies with Health and Safety requirements, council requirements, health inspections, kitchen cleanliness.
Liaise with our Head Office daily to order products.
Essential Requirements:

*Positive attitude, reliability and willingness to work is a must!

*Ability to motivate a small team, problem solve and multi-task

*Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Café Supervisor/Cafe Manager role essential

*Willing to work on Saturdays

*Knowledge and control of budgets and spending.

*Barista Experience and kitchen experience will be highly regarded

Desirable:

Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
Pay is commesurate with experience and can be negotiated for the right person.

Pay: From $30.66 per hour
