CAFÉ SUPERVISOR - FULL TIME

THE BEES KNEES ESPRESSO + EATS

5 days - TUESDAY to SATURDAY roster
6.00am – 2.30pm shifts
Beachside location – Copacabana NSW
Mornings / Days only – Keep your evenings free!
About the ROLE:

Lead a small team of amazing individuals to provide attentive, fast and efficient service, high quality espresso coffee and simple yet delicious food.
Take responsibility for the set up and presentation of the café on a daily basis.
Take responsibility for the timely ordering of inventory and supplies on a daily basis.
Take responsibility for a small amount of daily administration.
Guide and support staff training.
Be the business owner’s advocate and most trusted member of the team.
Level 3 Supervisor payrates OR salary available for the perfect candidate.
About YOU:

Trustworthy. Reliable. Ethical. Consistent.
Strong communicator with a positive disposition.
Supervisory / Team Leader experience (minimum 2 years).
Exceptional barista / specialty espresso experience (minimum 3 years).
Confident food prep and presentation skills.
Safety-minded.
Strong literacy skills (reading, writing, spelling).
Numerical competency (numbers, counting).
Routine availability to work long weekends and the Christmas trading period.
Driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle.
