Roles & Responsibilities – Cafe Manager

Oversee daily operations of all assigned café outlets.
Ensure SOP, hygiene, and food safety compliance across outlets.
Achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.
Monitor outlet-wise P&L and control operational costs.
Manage and develop Outlet Managers and café teams.
Conduct regular outlet visits and operational audits.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalations.
Monitor inventory, reduce wastage, and control food costs.
Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, and manpower planning.
Track sales, productivity, and outlet performance metrics.
Coordinate with procurement and vendors for smooth operations.
Conduct staff training and ensure SOP adherence.
Drive local marketing and promotional activities.
Maintain quality, consistency, and brand standards across outlets.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Support new outlet launches and operational setup.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
Build a high-performance, customer-focused team culture.
Report key business insights and action plans to management.
