Job Description
Cafe Associate - Casco Bay Food and Beverage, a 100% employee-owned company (ESOP), is looking for a cafe associate to join our corporate café team in North Berwick. The cafe associate position works variable shifts Monday - Friday (4:45a-1:15p) schedule leaving your afternoons and weekends free to enjoy!
The small crew here has a lot of fun coming up with specials, providing excellent customer service, and getting to know the regulars. You will have the chance to move between the prep kitchen, service area, and cashier stations, as well as sign up for additional events through our company. We provide a supportive management team with the goal of helping you grow as a person during your time with us.
We are willing to train, so no food service experience is needed. If you are reliable, outgoing, and would be proud to serve the grateful employees of one of Maine’s largest companies, we want to hear from you!

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
