About the job:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create and develop 2D drawings using AutoCAD and 3D models using SolidWorks as per project requirements.
2. Design and detail sheet metal components, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings.
3. Modify and update existing designs based on engineering changes and feedback.
4. Prepare accurate technical drawings, BOMs, and design documentation for manufacturing.
5. Ensure designs comply with industry standards, specifications, and quality requirements.
6. Coordinate with production and engineering teams for design feasibility and implementation.
7. Assist in prototype development and support design validation activities.
8. Perform basic design analysis and ensure dimensional accuracy of all CAD outputs.
9. Maintain proper version control and documentation of all design files.
10. Support senior engineers in day-to-day CAD-related tasks and project execution.
