Cabinet Maker – Custom High-End Millwork (3+ Years Experience)
Location: Montreal, QC
Job Type: Full-time
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: $21–$28/hour based on experience and productivity
About RenoVilla
RenoVilla is a high-end custom cabinetry and millwork company specializing in premium residential projects, including luxury kitchens, bars, vanities, and built-ins. We work with designers and discerning clients who expect precision and craftsmanship.
We are growing and looking for an experienced cabinet maker to join our production team.
Responsibilities
Manufacture and assemble custom cabinetry and millwork
Read and interpret technical drawings independently
Operate woodworking machinery safely and efficiently
Work with melamine, MDF, veneer, and hardwood materials
Install hardware ( drawers, hinges, specialty hardware etc)
Maintain high quality standards and attention to detail
Keep workspace organized and professional
Requirements
✅ Minimum 3 years experience in cabinetry or millwork
✅ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
✅ Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
✅ Good attitude and team-oriented mindset
We are not hiring entry-level at this time.

Fabrication et assemblage de cabinets sur mesure
Lecture et interprétation de plans techniques
Utilisation sécuritaire des machines et outils de menuiserie
Travail avec mélamine, MDF, placage et bois massif
Installation de quincaillerie ( tiroirs, charnières, accessoires etc.)
Maintien d’un standard de qualité élevé
Organisation et propreté de l’espace de travail
Exigences
✅ Minimum 3 ans d’expérience en ébénisterie ou menuiserie
✅ Capacité à travailler de façon autonome
✅ Souci du détail et fierté du travail bien fait
✅ Bonne attitude et esprit d’équipe
Poste non destiné aux débutants.
