URGENT HIRING – AVIATION FACULTY / TRAINER
Position: Aviation Faculty / Trainer
Location: Sector 62, Noida

Job Responsibilities:
✅ Deliver classroom training on aviation subjects and airport operations.
✅ Train students in English speaking, grooming, personality development, and communication skills.
✅ Teach customer service, passenger handling, and aviation industry standards.
✅ Conduct practical sessions, role-plays, and interview preparation activities.
✅ Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and student assessments.
✅ Organise activities that help students improve confidence and professional skills.
✅ Stay updated with current aviation industry trends and incorporate them into training sessions.
✅ Coordinate with the academic team to ensure smooth delivery of training.
Requirements:
✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in the aviation industry (Airport, Cabin Crew, Ground Staff, or related field preferred).
✅ Good communication skills and the ability to teach students effectively.
✅ Basic knowledge of English speaking, grooming, and personality development.
✅ Strong understanding of aviation standards and customer service.
✅ Positive attitude, leadership qualities, and a passion for teaching.
✅ Comfortable using basic computer tools such as PowerPoint and online learning materials.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline.
Aviation, Hospitality, or Training certifications will be an added advantage.
