Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers
Have a reliable means of communication and transportation
Must have the legal right to work in the United States
Be in excellent physical, mental, and emotional condition, have a reputation as a team player and be flexible/adaptable with long hours, ever-changing schedules, and unexpected travel
Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to tactfully influence, resolve conflict, and remain flexible
Ability to interact with all levels of corporate leadership, form liaison internally and externally with other departments and personnel
Good organizational skills

Valid California BSIS Guard Card
Equipment ready for duty (Duty Weapon, LVL 3 Holster, Duty Belt, Non-Lethals (OC, Baton, Handcuffs)
First-Aid / CPR Certified
Ability to pass company background and drug screening
Armed Security Experience: 1-2 Years Minimum
Dispensary Security Experience: 1-2 years

Responsibilities
As an Armed Dispensary Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' facilities and patrons
This position is ideal for individuals who are proactive, attentive, and skilled in conflict resolution without the need for physical intervention
Provide a visible security presence to deter and de-escalate potential incidents
Monitor entry and exit points, verifying ID and age requirements as per dispensary guidelines
Perform regular patrols of the facility to ensure a secure environment
Respond calmly and professionally to emergencies or disturbances
Report any suspicious activities, security breaches, or incidents to management
Uphold Treston Security Services' high standards of customer service and professionalism
The agent will integrate seamlessly with the principal's "Pattern of Life" and should understand the baseline of the normal day-to-day environment
