Position: Senior Executive

Qualification: CA fresher (Mandatory)

Location: Mumbai

Role responsibilities:
• Preparation of Tax Audit, Transfer Pricing, Income Tax Returns and other statutory forms based on detailed analysis of applicability of clauses, sections etc. and information through effective co-ordination with various functions
• Preparing submissions in response to Notices from India
• Undertaking detailed study of case history, legal research on issued involved and preparation of appeals/submissions to be submitted before Assessing Officer, CIT(A), DRP and ITAT
• Providing consultancy on TDS applicability and withholding tax implications on overseas payments made by Indian entities after analyzing treaty benefits.
• Assisting in providing consultancy on certain MA transactions, capital gains issues, corporate structuring etc.
• Analysis of the tax implications of the certain incentives given to employees and advising internal stakeholders, HR, Payroll teams on the tax effective structure for employees on a need basis
• Keep oneself and team updated on tax reforms.
• The scope of role is to ensure compliance of the organization with tax regulations
