C++ Developer

Roles & Responsibilities
This is an individual contributor position. Expectations include:
• Contribute extensively to analysis, design, and programming for major and dot
software releases.
• Collaborate with product marketing to evaluate and successfully implement new
features.
• Be a specialist on one or more platforms and knowledgeable of cross-platform
issues, products, and customer requirements.
• Contribute significantly towards the development and application of sophisticated
concepts, technologies, and expertise within the team.
• Review and provide feedback on features, technology, architecture, designs, and
creative problem-solving.
• Build consensus and drive decisions in ambiguous scenarios.
• Partner across organizations and divisions to define and solve some of the most
challenging engineering problems.
Required Skills & Expertise
Education:
• B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or
a related field from a reputed institute.
Experience:
• 5+ years of strong C/C++ coding background with proven experience across the
full product lifecycle.
Technical Skills:
• Mastery of C++ including functional programming.
• Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization.
• Strong object-oriented design principles and excellent CS fundamentals.
• Platforms: Windows, Linux, Embedded (Intel/ARM).
• Tools: Visual Studio, GCC, CMake, MSBuild.
• Knowledge of WebAssembly is a plus.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX design and development is a plus.
Soft Skills:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (interpersonal and client-facing).
• Strong work ethic and highly self-motivated.
• Ability to manage systems development scope and changes within a dynamic
business environment.
