Business Services Senior Accountant– Brisbane Office
Salary: $95,000 - $105,000 incl. superannuation.
Forvis Mazars’ Business Services team has an opportunity for an enthusiastic Senior Accountant like you.
We’re a globally integrated audit, tax and advisory firm with offices in over 100 countries and territories – and we’re always ready to recruit an experienced and motivated new Accountant like you to join our Australian team.

About the job:
Preparation of financial statements, income tax returns, group tax summary and loan summary for corporate and family groups including Trusts, Companies, Partnerships, Individuals & SMSF’s.
Preparation of payroll tax returns, FBT returns, activity statements.
Working as part of a team where you will work closely with other intermediate and senior business services accountants.
Use of MYOB suite and Xero.
Liaising with clients and other external service providers.
Develop your knowledge with U Learn, the Mazars individualized learning platform.
About you:
A minimum of 4 years’ experience in Business Services within an Australian accounting firm.
Completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree (or equivalent).
Completion of CA or CPA qualification.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in delegating and reviewing junior team member’s work (essential).
Willingness to lead and learn.
