We're the driving force behind some of Australia's most iconic infrastructure ventures that are transforming the way we live, work, and play.

We succeed together, and fairness and integrity are at our core. As a proudly employee-owned business, we’re here to benefit our clients, each other, and our local and global communities. Our progress enables us to invest in creating the right space for everyone to feel empowered, supported and valued. We take pride in our work and want to work with others who feel the same. We believe taking care of our people takes care of business, and we understand the balance between the person and the professional.

Your Opportunity

You will play a critical role in assisting the Market Leaders and team, covering administrative tasks, project coordination, and team management. In return we can offer you a career where you are a core member of the team and where we will support you to develop your skills further. You will have the opportunity to:

Market Team Support: Onboarding new members, managing the Market neighbourhood, coordinating forums and presentations, and maintaining organizational charts and distribution lists.
Timesheets Administration: Troubleshooting, driving weekly completion, running finance reports, clearing errors, and making necessary adjustments.
Expenses Management: Completing expense claims, acting as the Connect Business Expense Champion, and checking expenses against guidelines.
Month End Project Invoicing: Handling invoicing for the Market team, collaborating on monthly client invoices, coordinating approvals, and supporting end-of-month processes.
CV Administration: Assisting new starters with CV creation, tracking updates, proofreading, formatting, and maintaining staff CV records.

About You

You’re a proactive and well-organised professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. With strong communication and coordination skills, you’re the first point of contact for clients and colleagues, and you take pride in keeping things running smoothly.

Whether it’s managing diaries, supporting team events, or ensuring presentations are accurate and well-presented, you bring attention to detail and a can-do attitude to everything you do. You’re confident using internal systems, happy to lend a hand wherever needed, and always ready to support your team with a friendly and professional approach.
