Program Manager – Employee Experience & Engagement | Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune (Hybrid)
We're hiring a Program Manager to drive high-impact employee engagement initiatives, executive programs, and cross-functional strategic projects within a leading global technology organization.
We're looking for professionals with:
• MBA with 4+ years of Program Management / Consulting experience
• Background in Accenture, Big 4, MBB, or other reputed consulting firms preferred
• Experience leading Townhalls, Hackathons, All Hands, Leadership Events, or large employee engagement programs
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence without authority
• Exceptional communication and executive presence
• Immediate to 15-day notice preferred
📍 Location: Bangalore (Hybrid – 3 days/week)
