Key Responsibilities
• Greet and assist customers, providing detailed product information
• Manage day-to-day operations of the showroom efficiently
• Handle customer inquiries, and orders, and ensure timely follow-up
• Maintain showroom presentation and ensure all displays are well-organized
• Coordinate with the sales team and ensure smooth customer interactions
• Assist in administrative tasks and ensure smooth workflow
Requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in customer service or retail operations is a plus
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
About Company: The cornerstone of Luxmi Moulding (We use our trademark LK Door to operate with) was laid in the year 1+80 as a thriving business enterprise involved in the production of a wide array of door and allied products. Since then, the company has acquired expertise in the industry and today it specializes in a huge assortment of doors. Our product range includes home furnishing doors of different types and variants.
We design, manufacture and supply designer wooden furniture. Our products or services include designer doors, carved wooden doors, modular kitchen shutters, modular stairs, wooden curtain rods, and also wooden moldings. Along with these we also undertake sun mica lamination and wooden paneling. These are manufactured by using high-graded wood, ply, araldite, and polish material. Moreover, these are also provided with customized solutions and packaging facilities to our clients.
