We have Opening for the position of "Business Manager"at Baner, Pune.

Qualification : Any Graduate

Workdays:Monday to Friday +:30am - 6 pm

Work format:On site- Work from office, our office is in Baner, Pune

Role:Business Manager for a leading Learning and Development firm based in Pune. HR/ Learning and Development background is a must.It is a niche player in the Learning and Development space, focuses on Leadership Development across levels genders.We work with clients across sectors like BSFI/ IT/ FMCG/ Manufacturing. Our vision is to empower individuals teams to unfold their best.

Job Description
• Acquiring new client base
• Develop relationships with clients
• Client visits
• Good mastery of making powerpoint presentations
• Proposal writing skill
• Oversee the Branding and Visibility activities on social media platforms

Skill Required
• 3-5 years of experience in client acquisition and managing the client base end to end.
• Concept selling / B2B selling experience is preferred but not essential
• Good command over English language
• IT skills: hands-on experience of using Microsoft Office Suite and other digital platforms
