Job Description
For our Europe based reputed client, we are looking for Business Intelligence Developer with 5+ years' experience, hands on SQL programming, and Power BI.
Client: Europe based SaaS Product Company
Job / Role: Permanent Role on client's payroll
Job Location: Mumbai
Responsibilities
• Power BI Report development.
• Building Analysis Services reporting models.
• Developing visual reports using Power BI desktop.
• Connecting data sources, importing data, and transforming data for Business intelligence.
• Analytical thinking for translating data into informative reports and visuals.
• Expert in using advanced-level calculations on the data set.
• Responsible for design methodology and project documentaries.
• Should be able to develop tabular and multidimensional models that are compatible with data warehouse standards.
• Proficient at data visualization using Power BI and a strong application development.
• Expert knowledge using advanced calculations using MS Power BI (Aggregate Date, Logical, String, Table)
• Good at creating different visualizations using Bar Chart, Slicers, Lines, Pies, Histograms, Maps, Scatter, Bullets, Heat Maps, Tree maps, etc.
• Performance tuning (pushdown logic, calculated columns and measures, data loading strategies, filtering data, variables)
• Experience in Custom Visuals and Groups Creation.
• Experience in Data Gateway for data refreshing, content Pack Library.
Requirement Skills-
• Primary Skills - Power BI Modelling
• Hands-on experience powerBi service, gateway setup, refreshes scheduling, reports publishing.
• Secondary Skills: Azure (AAS, SQL Query & ADB (good to have))
• Deep experience with the design and development of Power BI visualization solutions
• Hands-on experience in data preparation, data gateway, and data warehousing projects. Acquaintance with Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack having Power BI, SSAS, SSRS, SSIS. 2 Years of Power BI Implementation experience
