We're hiring for a Business Head/Director for one of the leading overseas manpower consultants, with operations across the Indian subcontinent and a network in South East Asia.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, with an MBA preferred, and a proven track record of successful leadership experience in the overseas manpower recruitment industry.
Strong understanding of international labor markets, immigration regulations, and industry trends is a must, along with exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
