• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns
• Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments
• Participate in the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and case studies
• Provide regular updates on sales performance and progress to senior management
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in an advertising agency environment
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful business development strategies
• Strong understanding of marketing and advertising principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
