We are seeking a dynamic business development representative to join our team and support our growth across India and the UAE.

The Ideal Candidate Will Be Responsible For

Generating qualified leads
Scheduling appointments
Building initial engagement with prospective clients

Key Responsibilities

Generate qualified appointments through inbound leads and proactive outbound prospecting
Manage both inbound and outbound calling efforts to identify opportunities
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to nurture and convert leads
Maintain accurate and timely records of lead activity in the CRM
Demonstrate strong influencing and persuasive communication skills

Candidate Profile

6–12 months of experience in a sales/business development role
Exposure to the India and UAE markets
Familiarity with prospecting tools such as Apollo, Instantly, Smartleads (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management and organizational capabilities
Self-driven, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented

Preferred

candidates with relevant experience
