Business Development Partner (Sales & Growth)
Location: Delhi NCR (Hybrid Preferred)

Ashwat Infotech is looking for a driven and entrepreneurial professional to join us as a Business Development Partner. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales, client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and expanding a growing IT business.
You'll work closely with the founder to identify new opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and contribute directly to the company's long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients.
Develop relationships with startups, SMEs, and enterprise businesses.
Plan and execute effective sales and business development strategies.
Represent Ashwat Infotech in client meetings, networking events, and business discussions.
Contribute to the company's expansion and market presence.
Ideal Candidate
Experience in IT Sales, Software Services, Digital Marketing, or Business Development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and target-oriented.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business growth.
Compensation
This is a performance-based partnership opportunity. During the initial growth phase, compensation will be based on a revenue/profit-sharing model, with opportunities for greater responsibilities and long-term leadership as the business grows.
