About ISFT
ISFT (International School of Financial Trading) is India's only provider of the VTCT Level 5 OfQual-regulated qualification in trading — the same qualification framework used in the UK. Operating from Gurugram, ISFT delivers professional-grade financial education in partnership with a leading UK academic body and Zenithwave Capital, a London-based proprietary trading firm.

Role Overview
We are looking for driven, independent Business Development Partners to represent ISFT and convert qualified prospects into enrolled learners. This is a pure performance role — no salary, no retainer, no cap on earnings. You bring the conversations; we provide everything else.
You will be responsible for identifying and nurturing prospects within your own network or through self-generated leads, presenting ISFT's programmes compellingly, and closing enrolments. You are paid on conversion — every time a learner pays their fee, you earn.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate and manage your own pipeline of prospective learners through your network, community, or digital channels
• Present ISFT programmes to qualified prospects via calls, meetings, or demos
• Guide leads through the enrolment process — from first contact to fee payment
• Represent ISFT's brand accurately and professionally at all times
• Coordinate with the ISFT team on lead status, documentation, and onboarding
• Maintain a basic record of conversations and conversion status
Who Should Apply
• Individual freelancers with experience selling high-ticket EdTech, professional courses, or financial products
• EdTech or training agencies with an existing sales team and lead generation infrastructure
• Finance professionals (wealth managers, stock brokers, investment advisors) with access to aspirant traders in their network
• Sales consultants with a strong track record closing consultative, value-driven sales
• Anyone with a motivated, qualified network in finance, banking, or investment — and the ability to have a structured sales conversation
