We are currently hiring as a Business Development Officer with public sector bank job in Chitradurga to get business expansion across the Karnataka state in bancassurance vertical.
Post : Business Development Officer (BD Group)
Title: BDE / BDO / BDM (Multi grad)
Location : Chitradurga, Karnataka (Depending upon availability)

• Experience: at-least 6-8 months of experince from any sales background
• Skills : Good communication and Sales skills to get convert leads into the sales
• Qualification : Graduate from any streams.
• Should be local from Chitradurga or nearby town within 30 KM radius
• Excellent conversational and customer service skill
• Should know any of Kannada, Hindi or English language.

at all, as a bancassurance partner you have to coordinate with public bank partner at Chitradurga employees to get convert lead generated at a assigned branch into the sales.
• Achieving sales targets by working on lead generated by the bank staff.
• Training CIFs, encouraging SBI staff to become CIF
• Arranging training programs for CIFs on products and selling skills.
• Increasing productivity of CIFs
• Lastly, Increase in number of CIFs / active branches by closely coordination with the head of the branch.
