Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM; Mon - Fri


About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager within the IT Services Consulting industry. This role is focused on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by offering our IT solutions and services to potential clients across various sectors.


Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
Pitch IT services and solutions to prospects including software development, app/web development, staff augmentation, and digital transformation services.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Work closely with the delivery and technical teams to create customized proposals and client solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and sales targets.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates regularly for leadership.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to represent the company and generate leads.

Required Skills Qualifications

4+ years of experience in business development or sales roles specifically in the IT Services Consulting space.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in B2B IT service environments.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, cloud services, digital platforms, and enterprise IT services.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to interact with C-level executives and decision-makers.
Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
